Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your Pulmo Balance order into your hands as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and tracking.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Within the United States
- FREE shipping on all 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages
- Standard shipping on single bottle and 2-bottle orders (flat rate calculated at checkout)
- Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days from order date
- Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries.
- Delivery time: 8 to 15 business days from order date (plus customs clearance time)
- Shipping fees: calculated at checkout based on destination and order size
- Customs duties and taxes: the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. You can also contact our support team at support@pulmobalance.com for tracking assistance.
Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@pulmobalance.com and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is taking significantly longer than the estimated delivery window, please contact us. While we cannot control delays caused by shipping carriers, we will work with you to locate your package or arrange a replacement when appropriate.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pulmobalance.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed pickup), we will contact you for further instructions. Re-shipping fees may apply.
Shipping Holidays
Our shipping warehouse is closed on major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on holiday weekends may experience minor delays in processing.
