If you are not completely satisfied with your Pulmo Balance purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your original order date. This guarantee applies even if the bottles are empty — we want you to feel confident giving the supplement an honest try.
How to Request a Refund

- Receive return instructions: our support team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Ship back your bottles: return all bottles (both used and unused) to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
- Refund processed: once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
What Is Covered
- The full product purchase price
- Both used and unused bottles within the 90-day window
- All package sizes (single bottle, 2-bottle, 3-bottle, and 6-bottle packs)
What Is Not Covered
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refund requests received after 90 days from the original purchase date
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (such as Amazon or eBay marketplace listings) are not covered — only orders placed through our official website qualify
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pulmobalance.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
